The four brahma viharas are: Metta – loving-kindness; wishing well to others and to ourselves Karuna – compassion; reaching out to those who are suffering, including ourselves Mudita – sympathethic joy; joy in the joy of others Upekkha – equanimity; a mind that is in peace in all circumstances.

It is hard to describe yogic bodywork – bécause it is really something that needs to be experienced rather than to be talked about. Often it is symbolized as a holy dance – inspired by different and ancient traditions just like yoga, meditation and buddhistic principles. Yogic bodywork is about giving and receiving, reminding the body of its own potential to heal, release physical or emotional blockages to make the energy flow again, to be together within the moment and to feel that we are all once – and connected. I started learning the technique from the wonderful Julia in 2024 at her place in Leinsweiler.
